Capital Shopping Centres (CSC) is the leading company in the United Kingdom specialising in the ownership, management and development of shopping centres. The company has a £5.7 billion portfolio of fourteen high quality shopping centres, totalling over 12.7 million square feet.

The Challenge

CSC was looking for independent expert advice for a major IT project. Without a dedicated in-house team, the management team lacked the expertise to specify and understand the project in detail. It was essential the company obtained value for money and received a service that met its specific requirements.

The Solution

We began by discussing the aims and goals of the project with the client in order to fully understand what was required. We then examined their proposed solution and produced a report on the potential system’s strengths and weaknesses, its ability to meet their requirements and suggested more appropriate solutions where necessary.
