Portfolio and Case Studies - Pensthorpe Nature Reserve

Pensthorpe is a multi award-winning attraction for all those who love nature, wildlife and the outdoors. It allows visitors to experience many species of birds 'up close and personal'. There are lots of activities for children to get involved in, the beautiful gardens designed by Chelsea Gold Medal Winners and a yummy cafe providing delicious home-cooked food.

Pensthorpe required an overhaul of their existing website which had been unchanged for a number of years. They needed it to be driven by a simple content management system which would allow a non-expert user to update photos and text without any outside help.

Initially WSCreative worked with Pensthorpe to identify what messages and information they wished to present to their visitors and examined the strengths and weaknesses of the previous website. These findings were used to create a simple website that provides a rich source of information for the attraction and which continues to drive an increasing number of visitors year on year. visit website
